Location
Getting to Bocas del Toro is easy.
- Two flights depart daily from the Marcos A Gelabert International Airport (near the Albrook Mall) in Panamá City en route to Isla Colon, Bocas del Toro. Each takes approximately one hour. These flights cost about $115.00 each way at least as of May, 2021. Those with Panama pensionado cards receive a discount.

If you are looking for the less expensive passage, there is comfortable bus service between Panama City and Almirante for about $30 each way however, it is a 10 hour trip. Bocas is then a 1/2 hour water taxi ride from Almirante.
