The boat has been sitting for 2 years unused. All Known issues:

• Fresh Water pump in unknown state (have spares) was working 2 years ago.
• VHF has limited range – probably antenna wiring.
• Sink in head probably needs replaced – connection to plumbing was plastic and broken – cannot find replacement… it’s thru hull is also clogged.
• Port winch needs serviced – probably just needs cleaned/rebuilt
• Outboard for dingy needs new carb – but otherwise in great shape.
• Oven might need replaced – but might be fixable.
• Will need new bottom paint.
• 120% genoa – was told by sailmakers that it has 1 year of life left.
• Needs new starting battery
